Step #4 TOP COAT: The final step in our dipping system. This top coat is specially formulated to work with dip powder so there is no need to cure under a lamp.
Apply two thin layers to create added shine and protect the nails from harmful UV rays. Apply after you have finished all layers of dip powder and applied Step #3 Activator.
